I'm new here. Its almost a year since I had my shoulder op done due to ACJ dislocation and coracoid ligament tear. I've been itching to start lifting again and GST looks like something I could start off with. My target is fat loss with muscle gains. I had already lost 7kg with the use of Xbox Fitness's mossa programs.
Height: 1.74m
Weight: 105.5kg (as of 12.08.15)
Target: 80kg by 08.08.16
these are my 1 rep maxes which I had worked out to yesterday.
Back Squats: 93kg or 205lb
Flat Barbell Press: 55kg or 121lb
Rack Deadlift: 93kg or 205lb
Lat Pulldown: 52kg or 114lb
This log is to ensure that I do my workouts and update it here so that it would serve me as a motivation. Looking forward to your comments/advice and suggestions.
