and solid pull ups. Are there restictions for weighted pull ups at the frequency template ( too lazy to look up now) ?

Not sure to be honest, but I'm almost done running that template anyhow. I'll pretty much do a regular 5/3/1 wave 3 this week. I mainly do the pullups to hit my upper back with volume, so I won't do them weighted until I'm banging out 15 rep sets without a problem. Gonna be a while for that to be the case I'm sure. BW is at 87kg/192lbs.
