So much WIN!
I was able to squat last night - my hip is still bothering me, but it didn't during squats. That actually scares me because it means it's probably bone/cartilage related instead of muscle. Also, I weighed in at 124.6 this morning. I thought last week's 124.0 was a fluke, but it's almost back! WOO!
More win: I'm going to a Pearl Jam concert in 2 weeks. I have never been more excited for anything in my life...okay maybe my wedding, but this is an almost-too-close second. SO EXCITED. So - the video below is brought to you by their new album haha.
[[Last night's workout:]]
SQUATS
125x3
135x3
135x3
135x2
(Hip wasn't hurting too badly!)
BENT OVER ROWS
100x4
100x6 (PR!)
100x5
BOOOOM!
[[Tonight's workout:]]
Incline Bench Press
85x3
90x3
90x3 (Almost PR! haha)
Flat DB Press
30sx6 (PR!!!)
30sx6
35sx6 (BIGGER PR!!!)
So stoked! A video for you!

BAD NEWS:
I'm officially on crutches for a stress fracture in my right femoral neck. For information, click here!
I found out, as you can see in the photo, that crutching actually burns a lot of calories. So that's a silver lining Also, I'll be able to continue all upper body lifts that don't place any pressure on my right leg. I find out tomorrow if I need surgery. For now, it's crutches for at least 4-6 weeks and then continuous follow up. I had an MRI on Friday night - so we'll see the true damage there. :/
On Saturday, I had my last big event in Bethlehem from my old job - and it was very successful. I crutched for nearly 10 hours - I sat for MAXIMUM of two from 6:30am-6:30pm. It was INSANE - but again, a great workout. I'm very very sore, and in a TON of pain - but I take vicodins when I have to. I'll still continue tto do as much as I can... I'm gunna DO THIS THING!

Wow that sucks Kasara! Glad it's not getting you down though, there's a bright side to everything! Most times Is that from running to much? I think the same thing happened to P before. A few times, actually. Hope you don't need surgery!!!! *hugs* But yay for still being able to work upper! And 4-6 weeks isn't long anyways, you'll be back to normal before you know it

So, it's NOT broken!! He thought it was - but the MRI came back with a nearly-torn tendon, cartilage issues and a bunch of fluid - but not a broken bone!! I start PT on Monday for my leg and I kicked the crutches out hahah. Doc said I didn't have to use them all the time - which to me meant NEVER AGAIN. I'll be getting a new plan from Joe this weekend as to how I'm supposed to workout without putting much pressure on the leg - so we'll see how that goes. I can't wait to get back in the gym. It has been 1 week and I'm going crazy. LITERALLY CRAZY.
Can't wait. But, my weight is still at 124!Trying to gain a booty so my husband can squeeze it:

117.8 LBS!!
Yup. I haven't been this weight since...lord - I can't even tell anyone the last time I got down to a weight like this WITHOUT any ... bad help! I'm SO HAPPY! Honestly, my appetite and my mood have been INCREDIBLE since I started taking LIV - so much so that my fiance is going to order some!! Lol!!
I lifted last night - but there wasn't too much in the way of PRs or anything because it was higher reps - but boy did I SWEAT!
I haven't done cardio in so long - I miss it ... I keep missing physical therapy too because I'm too busy lol. OH WELL.
Here's a transformation pic from August 8th until now:
and an UNFILTERED pic from last night!!

Awesome job girl, I'm so proud of you and happy for you You look amazing! Those shoulders!
What are your plans when you are happy with where you are? Still going to compete? Are you going to do a little bulk before you diet down for the show if you are, or just keep dieting until that day comes??Team Cookies Give You Superpowers
