    t grip barbell for front squats

    I use a t grip bb for my front squats. Does it matter?

    The weight is still in the same position, so it will hit the musculature pretty much the same way. If that allows you to be more confortable and bang more reps, then by all means go for it.

    It seems to be good for people with bad wrist flexibility (The type of people that might use strap front squat).
