I placed an order on bb.com last wednesday... Ordered some whey, creatine, and saw that controlled labs had an promo offer-Buy 1 orange triad, get 10 free samples of white flood. So i ordered OT. Been stoked to try these samples since jack3d hasnt done **** for me. Anyways, didn't receive my package today so I called bb.com turns out UPS lost it. They shipped out a new order free of charge. Thing is the free samples werent included this time since the promo is over. u w0t m8? Only reason I wasted $30 on OT was for the samples...So I called again and all they did was give me credit for the samples. Now if I order the samples I have to pay shipping...what a load of fken bullsht. Anything I can do? Possibly call controlled labs?
-placed order for supps.

-In need of pre-workout and stoked to try white flood out so I order OT for the hell of it
-Week later no package yet call bb.com they claim UPS lost it so they send out new delivery for free

-Call in again to explain, they give me credit for the samples but if I wanna order the samples I need to pay shipping now...
-Ordered OT for no fken reason now...
-Anything I can do to get my fken samples? Call controlled labs? I already ordered samples from them 3weeks ago never received them either... fken disappointed

Call again and tell them your original order had free samples included and you shouldn't have to pay for extra shipping on something that they originally lost. Offer to send a copy of the receipt with the included samples.

bb.com is pretty good when it comes to this stuff. I've never ordered but I've been around here for a while and have heard of stories where bb.com will make things right. the misc isn't the best spot for this thread.
