My diet plan what do u think? Advice needed

Ok so today ive decided to write down everything ive ate and see if it is going to be a suitable diet and here it is, would be great if you guys could give me your opinions.

    Breakfast 9.00am

    Porridge 54g
    2x wholemeal toast
    1 serving optimum whey
    500ml semi skimmed milk

    Snack 11.00am

half serving usn muscle mass fuel

    Lunch 1.00pm

    Maximuscle promax diet bar

    Snack 2 3.30pm

    2x wholemeal bread
    100g chicken breast

    Dinner 6.30pm

    Mince beef 350g
    Pasta 100g

The whole things works out as 2532 calories

and the ratio is 39% protein, 50% carbs 11% fat
    Protein 210g carbs 270g fat 63g

I am going to replace the semi skimmed milk wiht non fat, and the pasta will be replaced with wholemeal pasta in future. Or is there an alternative?

The main problem i can see with it is, i need to reduce the carbs.
Iknow i should eat 6 times but, i dont have time today and looking at this i dont no how i can fit a 6th meal in without increasing the calories alot

Anyone got any thoughts on how i can improve this?

Oh yeh and im trying to cut my bodyfat

    #1 what is your goal?

Regardless of your goal i would say your carbs could probably come down a little bit even if bulking. You also need more protein in my opinion, and try to stay away from protein shakes, or bars. A shake post workout is fine, but other than that try to get your protein from whole foods.

And there is always time for 6 meals, it's just a matter of cramming it in there somewere, and may not be as convenient as you'd like.
