that is not a proper box squat lol, a proper box squat feels so much heavier than regular bench squats which you can load up 500+ on the bar

well it is alot easier, try doing bench squats and do proper box squats (look up westside barbell or dave tate box squats) and do them with the same weight and ull see what i mean

I don't know why everyone hates on him so much for not winning a pro show.. He uploads more vids, posts more often and is doing more for the sport other than just straight competing. It's all a matter of time before he gets a pro win haters gonna hate right bud ?

I'm just tired of him making excuses. First it was "Oh! There as sodium in the chicken I bought!" He used that excuse twice when he was with Hany. Then it was "Oh! I didn't know everyone was supposed to come back for the night show at the Arnold!" It's not like he's been to the Arnold multiple times before and went to the competitors meeting or anything. And after every season he switches coaches and says that he's going to go back to the drawing board, make improvements, blahblahblah. Same sh*t, different year.
