    16 year old 9 weeks cutting

    How am I looking started my cut at about september 1st hows my progress went from 84kg to 79kg, I think my abs are lacking I've never really trained them, cant wait to smash ab's twice a week next bulk.. u mirin quads?

    not bad for a 16 year old...in my opinion u need to gain more quality muscle anyway good luck bro

    not sure if i should continue cutting, i want dem abs for summer but i also want to bulk and gain muscle but i was thinking just hit it hard next year bulking

    I would continue to lift heavy, incorporate some cardio, and keep cals at maintenance. Just continue to pack on muscle and worry about cutting when its actually important(summer).
