this is excellent (srs)
taste is just like milk, no problem at all
it digests very quickly and is absorbed by the muscles shortly thereafter (as opposed to creating coagulation in eggs and slower digestion when consuming them cooked)
after my work out i will now drink 1 full carton egg whites (540ml) instead of whey protein shake

I read a thread on egg whites about a month ago and picked some up at the store. I have been making a shake with 16 oz egg white 8 oz pineapple juice and 1 cup oats in the morning. It tastes great and saves tons of time since I don't have to cook the eggs or oats.
There's almost no taste to the egg whites. I imagine there are a ton of recipes you can use for shakes that will taste great.
It's only $1.50 per 16 oz carton at sam's club. around ~50 g of protein.

How is this cheaper than buying real eggs?
I see a 32 oz carton of liquid egg white has about 20 servings of this
25 calories for 5 g of proteins..so total would be 100 g of protein per carton for 3 bucks right?
You can buy 18 XL AA eggs for 2.69 at costco.
Each eggs has 8 g of protein.
18 X 8 = 144 g of protein
From a protein point of view alone, it's best to just buy the eggs whole.
Now if you want to change up your diet and add stuff to your shake, then I understand.

downed 16oz easily. taste fine. i had gas from hell for a couple of hours srs. had it on an empty stomach, not sure if that could be the reason. my stomachs fine with cooked eggs
