Alright i figured i would start a thread in here just like there is one in the Workout Journal section.
It works like this:
You nominate someone else's journal. the reason that is bolded is real simple, you can not nominate your self. For those trying to nominate their buddy here is the criteria:
1. Journal must be a year old
2. Journal must be used constantly. if there was an injury then i can work around that since shiet happens but dont pull up an old journal from 2008 that has not been used since 2009
3. the same journal can not be nominated twice. I will post in the journal when i rep the OP so i will know
4. Post the link to the journal in here.
Besides that lets let the fun begin. get those nominations in!

Comps has one of the longest running logs here. He also posts consistently in the TBB section, helping new members.
Although it is not quite a year old (Started Jan 24/2012), it already has 870 posts, and close to 9000 views.

http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=137954293 Not a year but no phux given.
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=134360811 An inspiration to all, I'm sure. I posted this one because it fits the year old criteria, he always has an active log, it's just not necessarily always the same log.Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=159714881&p=1213186101

will look into ForGreece tomorrow.
i lol'd when you put up Baco_Bacon's log. been subbed to his youtube channel for the longest time! forgot he kept a journal in this section.
will also look into his journal more tomorrow. the year thing is mostly so i dont have a bunch of trolls coming up with journals and spamming this section for some green squares
I take the journal sections very seriously. i think they are probably the most helpful sections on this site. You would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

the right way? about 2 years and some change. would probably have stronger lifts if i had been doing the shiet right since i started moving weights around 4 years ago. now that i have some focus and goals i am getting where i need to be headed.
yeah my journal probably saved me another 3-4 years of fukking myself up before i finally gave up. between people checking my vids on form and slamming my shietty self made routines i have put on some damn decent progress. You would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.
