Today's workout: legs
Dead lifts. 30-45 sec rest between sets including changing the weight. Pretty fast paced. On,y have 50min to lift during school. I do them anyways, even though I've been asked not to, (too noisy) I mean come on.

425x1 felt amazing, haven't pulled over 400 without straps since my injury, hence my user name lol. Could have done at least another 20lbs strapless. At least.
475x1 with straps. Went up slow but I got it.
425x1 strapless, again felt easy
ATG squats- felt heavier than usual, but I busted as on dead lifts. Also transitioning to squatting in chucks instead if running shoes. Hoping this will become easier, with determination, it must.

245x2- started feeling real slow out of the hole here. Anyone got any tips? I feel much better in elevated heel shoes for deep squats.

Leg press calve extensions, all the way back (contact is upper third of foot only, allowing for full stretch if calve muscles)

260x30- form started to break down here but I got a good pump. Sets from here on out are about 15 clean reps the the rest shortened ROM for maximum TUT, which my calves respond well to.
