Beyond novice, 5 3 1 or see above:)
Unless it is obvious to anyone who isn't blind that you lift weights, you might still benefit from a little more attention to big basic barbell exercises for enough reps:).

Waterbury method Squats 3 reps
Finally back in the gym.
Squats
160*3
190*3
225*3
working set
260*3
206*3
206*3
206*3
206*3
206*3
260*3
260*3
260*3
260*3
Fark...these felt heavy as chit. Speed was OK but not great. Each set was a real grinder. 4 reps is gonna be tough as fark, LOL.
OHP
130*6
130*6
130*5
130*3
Not great, but it's was I expected. Weight will stay the same next week till I hit 6 reps for a 4 sets.
Bent over row
170*6
170*6
170*6
170*6
Felt great with these.
lat pulldown
150*6
150*6
150*6
150*6
weight will increase next week
hammer curls
60*6
60*6
60*6
55*6
Felt great but on the 3rd set had some form issues( realized one DB was a 65 not a 60, LOL) however, dropped the weight to fix form.
Overall, felt great to be back in the gym. 260 was harder than I though it was going to be. Probably because I was off for so long. OHP was not impressive, but the weight will stay the same till I hit all reps. Day off tomorrow, orientation at night for the new job, then bench day on Thursday.OG
