Im better now, but I have sleep apnea due to tonsils and a deviated septum. It gets real bad if my bodyfat is high. Had a seizure from it twice before they believed it was respiratory and not neurological. Other than that, its been a dislocated shoulder quite a few times, a pec strain, and a rib injury. Been training smarter and avoiding major injuries. Been able to train consistent for a couple years now.

I agree with you with training smarter. That's what I have been practicing lately. Will push it once in awhile to trigger the fast twitch muscles but not as often. My joints have been thanking me lately...Good to see you training consistently too, I can tell from the O pics.CONQUERING BARBELL

I guess I should be glad I've only been lifting a few years. The only injuries I've had are rotator cuff issues in both shoulders and I messed up my back once while squatting. Being older also means I have to be careful in my lifting since I can't recover as quickly.
