They are 28 and 33 I believe. Any kind of casual Asian food for lunch ( I think they want to see how Asian food there stack up against Asian food here, maybe Chinese and Viet) any ethnic cuisine for dinner or fine dining. Clubs...I dunno what they listen too. They don't like when I play house music, so I guess top 40 or hip hop.

Well for lunch I would definitely recommend one of our AYCE sushi places. One of my faves is Spring Sushi at Dundas Square.
Lai Wah Heen is a bit of a pricier but the best Chinese resto in Toronto that serves dim sum. King's Noodle house is the 2nd best chinese Restaurant.

Dinner I would say Korean grill house (all you can eat bbq that you grill at your table and its amazing) or GUU. GUU is so popular down here because it has literally the best japanese food you've ever tried. The wait for a table is 1-2 hours (everyone knows this but goes and waits anyway) but it's totally worth it. It's so good that they don't take reservations and the staff and other people dining in will shout at you in japanese when you enter or exit the big wooden doors lol

(In case you hadn't noticed I barely dine out at non-asian restaurants lol)

As far as nightlife..

Based on their ages they'd probably want to stay away from Richmond Street (our clubbing district which consists of clubs that hold 19 and 20 year old crowds)

Any place on King St West would be good like "Century Room" or "Cheval". The crowd is more 24+.

More upscale venues would be like "Muzik" or "Spice Route".

love this fall weather. heading out for a nice 3-4hour long bike ride. no idea where im going but long rides in nice weather makes me happier than a bodybuilder directing traffic

I remember that dude, he used to be a running back at Fresno St back in the day. I will say that even though I'm not a bodybuilder or a roid monkey, I gotta respect the dude because he's making some pretty good money with his physique. Unlike all these broke bodybuilders (except for maybe the 10-15 top ranked ones out of thousands)who still have to work regular jobs, he's making more as an amateur and carving a path for himself in acting (albeit just stereotypical meathead roles).

Yeah about 95% of the time I'll eat Asian food, mostly my own cooking, but when I do venture out I try to find the best Asian places to eat. When I'm not eating Asian food is because usually I'm with other people who want to eat other things. Such is the case with me asking you about non-asian places for dinner, since my sis' bf is caucasian and very picky.

If I choose to eat something other than Asian food, it's usually Italian, and not this new world Italian stuff with cheeses, butter and marinaras that were developed for pastas after Marco Polo brought it back, but the stuff they ate before that. Old world Italian is similar to Eastern and SE Asian, as they like to cook whole fish with bone-in, not filleted, cook organ meats, use anchovies and anchovy juice as opposed to salt, lots of garlic, whole peppercorns and star anise.

Mondays are busy at any gym location I go to. I've seen so many fender benders just in the parking lot trying to get a spot, forget about trying to get a bench.

I only train 3X a week, so usually that'll target one body part and it's complementary group once a week. I usually keep the rotation order set, so if chest day falls on a Monday, I usually just skip that day and will just do cardio at home or outside. That means sometimes I only hit chest as infrequent as once every 10 days or so.

If you're working under 12 hours you should still try to go. More than that than I can see how you would wanna stay home and rest up for the next day. Just keep your gym bag in the car and drive straight to the gym after work. Once you're there your gonna not wanna have wasted the trip and should just workout.

10 hour shifts 5 days a week? of course you would be tired i would be too! i really like going to gym around 7-8ish in the evening i like it when gym dies down and on weekends ill go 2 hours before gym closes. i like space. still at 24?

Gotta meet up with one of my business partners for lunch. I know where we're going, he ALWAYS wants to go to Macaroni Grill for the lobster ravioli. Normally I would protest, but he beat cancer a couple of years ago, and just recently got his appetite back and regained much needed weight. I'm just glad he beat it and has his health back.

@WBK This, Boba hit it in the head with his suggestion. Put gym bag in your truck, drive straight after work to the gym...Also if you have time, go ahead and take your pre-workout on your way there, that way you'll feel like you don't want to waste the trip and your pre-workout. Also I used to do a 10 mins. warm-up on the treadmill to get a sweat going that usually get me going and want to start lifting.

LOL, good point about the pre-workout. I usually down a can of Rockstar before I hit the gym. Sometimes when I think about pushing the gym back I always tell myself "Do I really wanna waste that can I just drank." and I certainly don't wanna be all pumped from caffeine just sitting around doing nothing.

i normally do legs on monday since every damn bench is taken for international chest day but i skipped shoulders/tris yday because i was fckin beat from playing football with the mates all day. so doing that today and legs tomorrow

my work allows us two days off a year for volunteer days, i'm part of the asian professional network at my job and we volunteered at a shelter today.
was nice and gives you a new perspective on chit. best part was it was only 3 hours long so i have the rest of the day off.
