    Shyt you do a crossfit even and you'll be jacked and cut too in no time.

    Also I bought some Reebok Crossfit Nano's Can't wait to try it out tonight! They are very light for sure.

    I'll have to check on the crossfit Nano. Not even sure what it is. I use the New Balance Minimalist Trail version for it. I do have the 5 fingers KSO's but haven't wore them for xfit yet.

    I started last Tuesday and did 14 after my WOD and buyout. HAndstands I haven't tried yet. I assume once I get the balance part I am good. I can do the pullups to infinity....well maybe not that many but doing 30 is no problem.

    I'm doing the Smolov squat routine to fast-track my back squat. It's pretty intense so you're not supposed to DL while on it. Currently in a 3-week break window, so I decided to do some light pulls for the heck of it ... Except they didn't feel light lol

    went in for back day this morning but no deadlifts since still resting lower back from injury. didn't feel good about my workout though, probably gonna go in after work to do some cardio.

    Do it if you can fit it in your schedule. Gym owner sees everyone and must think you got good potential cause I wouldn't want no fool to go out there and suck and say he works out at my gym.

    Yeah the elites in that gym is scouting me also.


    One thing I can say is when in a xfit session it's like having a personal trainer the whole time plus the lady's of xfit are nomnomnom. What's it cost to hire a trainer in a gym these days?

    I pay 180 for my regular gym but it's on my own which I'm fine.


    1800 seems high but I'm sort of looking at it like if you were a student for a martial arts school. You get a lot out of the money if your a noob. i want to say I'm not a noob but look at where I have fallen off the wagon. I get to 13-15 percent bodyfat and then I stop. It's nice to get some push from other members.
