Only comment I have is kinda dependent on what your goal is with those. The way you do them, it hits the front delts more.
I like to do them slightly bent over and then hold dumbbells so that the thumbside is lower than pinky side of hand...kinda like pouring water. And this is cause I use those lateral raises to hit rear delts more since front delts seem to get hit by every other chest and shoulder exercise already.My vids

Ok finally seen the vid. yes was serious about not being able to see it before Ho.
Form is acceptable IMO. But what I like to do is tilt up (pinkies up) when you are at the top of the contraction. Seems to really hit the middle deltoids more. Also I like the slight bent at the elbows (your good here), slow your rep speed some and pause at the top for a sec then come back down.
Try them seated, less swinging of the body and real isolate the side delts.CONQUERING BARBELL

Yeah, then just turn the hands more so that the thumb and pinky are parallel, or even pinkey slightly higher.
Try it just sticking your arm out now without even any weights and you should be able to feel how either the front, side or back part of the delt ends up on top and will be doing more of the work, depending on how your hand is rotated.My vids

No problem twin Yes there is a "cure" for baldness now according to some study. It was in the news saying that the medicine will be available 5 years from now since I'm sure they are pretty dam expensive to buy now and pretty sure they are still doing tons of testing, etc..
