    That I do agree, We have a good size room now where we have the treadmill/TV setup and currently as my computer room as well. I'd like to utilize the space as a home gym. There's also a 2nd bathroom there with the laundry room.

    I am seriously considering having my own gym in my house. I have a room for it now too I think I will slowly acquiring them. First thing I will buy for sure is a power rack/cage so much use for it.


    If you do I highly recommend the powertech setup. What I have works but it would be nice to have the ability and flexibility to add attachments. Besides the weights and DB's this is all you'll need.





    The one I have is this from Dicks. It does the job and I bought it supercheap.

    Mine was a floor model I think I got it for 179 but it's not built as nice as the powertech. The one I have is now called Fitness Gear for 399. Mine feels very consumer but hold up good. Get the powertech bro it's real nice. Another good one is this from Valor with pulldown for under 450 or the Powerline one.

    The valor and the one below versions only drawback for me was how deep it was. But great price considering a rack and lat pulldown.

    You didn't notice that dude in the first set? He was demonstrating squats, overhead press, and deadlifts for his gf. His form was horrible, but beyond that he did a behind-the-neck push press to get the bar in position from squats to overhead press

    So I went in to the gym for the second time today to do some squats since I didnt' have time to do it earlier today with chest day. And I was having a good squat workout...stayed lower weight at 185 but was going complete ass to grass....my butt looked like it was hitting maybe 3inches off the ground.

    I just finished my set so I'm huffing and puffing and having that post squat set light headed feeling where I just need a min to recover. And I hear a woman's voice say 'That's impressive...'. I turn around and there's a woman and she says 'thats pretty impressive' again.
    I'm like 'oh...you mean how deep I'm going right?' all the while I'm still huffing and puffing and my brain isn't really all there yet.
    She's like ' yeah...'

    And cause she caught me by surprise and I was still trying to recover, I just blurt out 'uhh...I'm trying to work out my butt...'
    She's like 'yeah, that'll do it. The squats were impressive though.' and then walked away and put back her headphones on adn went back to her workout.

    Another minute later I finally catch my breath and not feel all light headed anymore. And then I start thinking to myself.... some woman stops her workout and takes off her headphones to come talk to me and I come back with a retarded response of....uh..i'm trying to work my butt....

    Major fail. LOL

    Strong quads bro. I think we need to tweak my training to Quads and Hams on separate days as well. Maybe pair it up like Quad/Bi's and Ham/Tri's?

    On hindsight I think you can do 405 back squat ATG, do 315's, 365's prior to attempt.
