Yes sir, when I was in Houston, went to an all you can eat Viet restaurant. All I ate was nuoc mam flavor fried chicken wings, banh xeo and mi dac biet. Oh and clams too.

Will be going to at least one game this season. I do want to meet Kobe too but not sure how. I did however got to meet my all time favor player Magic. This was after he announced he has aid and retired. They came down to SD for the preseason game and he walks down the isle where I was sitting and shake everyone's hand. When do you guys usually eat most of your carbs? Before or after your workout? I heard eating all your carbs before your workout is better so this way you burn that and fat instead of your muscles.

Me personally - i only carb on certain days. As you know carbs supply the energy - after, it goes to another source - fat. If your able to you can use an intra workout drink to supply more carbs. But like i said on my like for instance, heavy days, sometimes i carb up, eat/drink an intra, but other times - some intense workouts - i carb only a little bit throughout the day so i can burn more fat instead from the carbs ive ate.

I actually don't really time my carbs. So its probably spreadout during the day. When I cut, I watch overall calories more than worry about the macros and timing. The only macro I kinda keep an eye on is getting enough protein. I honestly don't see a difference from when I have tried eating carbs at certain times.
