How to prevent insulin spikes/sugar cravings!!!
Just looking for any tip at all as to how to stop the cravings I often get as a side effect of my cutting diet
Like anything I should have for breakfast/before bed/throughout the day??
I have have low GI fruits like grapefruit and certain berries which I think may have helped a little
Basically just hit me with anything that is good advice for avoiding cravings during a cutting diet
