Is it normal that i lose my pump after cardio?

After my 45 - 75 min gym session im super pumped. (if only i looked like that all the time!) but after my 15 - 45 cario (spinner bike) i completely lose my pump, even if ive taken a NO product. Anyone else with this experience?

The pump is just blood temporarily engorging your muscles. So it's not really suprising that cardio will tend to cause it to redistribute. The pump is not a requirement for muscle gain, just an interesting side effect. You don't need to to judge your training effectiveness based on the pump and don't need to buy chemicals to enhance the pump.

Yeah the blood is only temporarily being forced into your muscles during your training and for a short while afterwards. It will go away whether youre doing cardio or not
