i mean i think shaw would last longer than ur average guy just based on size alone but i think he would lose in the end unless shaw somehow was able to grab him and sit on him or bear hug him to death.

and i will say that i realize boxing isnt mma or grappling but i did box for 4 years and spar 3 times a week and i remember sparring guys that wee 6'4 260 and yea even though they were beginners sparring them was no fun and they could still really hurt you just based on their size alone. their punches hurt. what happened is after a month in the ring they got enough skill that their size now makes a huge difference and they could beat up anyone who was much smaller no matter how skilled.

Who cares? It wouldn't have to go past 1 round. All Shaw has to do is grab him and the fight's done.

To be clear I'm well aware that a smaller fighter can beat a larger one with better technique... but when you're talking about a guy who is literally TWICE your size, has a much bigger wingspan, is one of the strongest people in the world and ISN'T a fat fuk.... that's asking a lot of a WW fighter.

De Santos would still be giving up 200 lbs but I'd give him a much better chance due to his punching power and reach.

Except pudzianowski one of the greatest strongman does mma he is not that great he lost to Tim Slyvia so I doubt someone who hasn't even been training to fight could beat GSP when one of the best strongmen that had been actually training mma couldn't beat Slyvia.

GSP can't pick him up/take him down + won't be able to reach his face. Thus his only tactic is hitting the body and Shaw is all muscle and the strongest man in the world... I think he can take some body blows... Plus GSP has to get close enough in order to hit him... Shaw will pick him up and rip him in half..

and you can't compare mariusz cause he is a lot smaller than Shaw plus fought someone his size... there is no correlation at all.

I've taken down an obese 6'1 400lber before in a double leg takedown and I barely ever wrestle...GSP would be able to handle Shaw. Conditioning for strongman and conditioning for MMA are completely different!
