Its just a 12 week workout routine. Its nothing you pay for. Idk why y'all even posted if you haven't tried it. I didn't ask if anyone hasn't tried and what do you think it would be like if you did.

I'm currently in the program and it is awesome. The name shortcut in the title is just a buzzword, he really breaks down working out well. The work outs are kind of long. I'm comparing it to Gethin's 12 weeker. Both great.

Jim supplies great science to his workouts (he has a phd). I strongly recommend it. I don't use all the supplements he recommends though.

For anyone interested go to the find a plan tab and muscle gain.

I didn't get butthurt, but to be quite frank something must be wrong with you if you post 2 exact same threads. You got your answer in the first thread, why make another one?
12 weeks in a bb context is like nothing. There are no shortcuts, you can't gain magical amounts of muscle within few months unless you're juicing. Anything with optimal, secret, maximizer, shortcut in the title is most likely bull****. I bet this program is just a generic 3-4 day bro split, WOW SHORTCUT MY ASS. Try it out, if you gain 20lb of muscle I'll buy you a cookie, deal?
Noone tried this program coz its **** most likely as I said above. People try stuff out that actually works, not some secret amazing program developed by some ripped dude lol.
At your weight and height you should be doing a beginner program, not some ninja mass gainer.

    I understand that.

I don't understand why people are critiquing the OP. I find posts like these with follow on discussion better than "Critique My Workout" threads. A heavy majority of people should be following programs that have been developed by professionals instead of what they think is right and most likely don't follow.

How good the program is is another topic and what the thread should be based on instead of people seeing the word shortcut and having a conniption.

My 2 cents. I don't participate in these forums a lot so I'm not trying to start a war. I highly encourage people to go to the find a plan tab and pick a plan aligned with their goals and see how it works. Also not to buy every supplement they sell.

If it's free, and it contains mostly compound exercises, and has the appropriate amount of volume and frequency to suit your current level of development, go for it.

If a program/routine is any good, it won't have any need for a catchy tag or moniker; it's results from many trainees' successes will have spoken for it. So far, no one has shown any proof of the value of the program you asked about.

I flamed him coz he made 2 threads with exactly same title and question "what do you think about X" 2 hours apart. You are right, majority of people should be following a program made by professional such as SS by RIP, a professional coach. Broscience is the "what works for you" way. This split linked by you is a bro split, nothing more. Do you think you have the intensity to hit your muscles only 1x a week? Don't think so. People who actually know what they're doing don't use catch words like secret or shortcut, they use normal terms for their workout programs. SS is called SS for a reason, coz you're starting strength trianing. It's not called increase your squat by 1000% in 5 weeks is it?
There are no shortcuts to building muscle, calling a program shortcut to size is retarded.
Funny thing is that for all beginners the goal SHOULD be pretty ,much the same - to get much stronger and leave the beginner phase. Bro splits suck compared to conventional FBWs.

Oh I see, so next time better check if you made the post already before making another one. Interesting that your second post showed 2h later after the 1st one even tho you made it immediately afterwards 1st one. Anyway.
I was pretty sure that it was gonna be a bro split, and it was YEEEEY. Yea I did read the comments above, you should read the stickies in this forum ok? It will be very beneficial to you. Or actually open the link in determinednoob's signature. It's got all kinds of goodies in there.
Pick something that works and has been proven to work by thousands of people, not something with catchy name by some dude. BB website is still full of brosience stuff, you just need to learn to filter it. Broscience is by all means not entirely wrong, but it complicates stuff a lot and is nowhere near the optimal path.
Why would you train muscle only once a week if you have the means to train it 3x a week.

Bro split is a retarded term. There's nothing wrong with that type of split. it may not be ideal for noobs, and it may have a dumb name. those are separate issues. it's funny how conditioned people are in this section to attack anything they don't recognize, even if their overall lifting experience = jack fcking sh*t.

Bro split coz bros push it. Why almost every beginner posting here wants to do a 3 day split? Yep thats right its not ideal for noobs, far from ideal actually. You see, you can read articles and things left by knowledgable people and learn stuff, you don't need to experience everything to be able to give good advice.
Funny how a dude whos been lifting for years picks on people who trained for few months only. Also just because you trained for god knows how long doesn't mean you know anything. Look at hodgetwins, 2 big guys and they don't know ****. I was actually on that kind of split for few months so I know what I'm talking aobut. I gained almost no muscle and had no progress, some due to crappy diet but didn't really see "Noob gains" on the split either,, which I should see on maintenance caloric level. While on SS and recently allpros I managed to gain 10lb of solid muscle within roughly 6 months, u mirin?

PS: no offence if i sounded like a jerk but you sounded like a jerk in that post so I figured I'd also sound like a jerk too.

Oh dude that's not cool, I feel bad now. Are you also gonna start making jokes about me not finishing high school?
But on a serious note, this ain;t school, I don't need to write the essay type posts with perfect English. Cmon tell me if I actually wrote something wrong in the post above, point out 1 mistake.

OP I may be the first post to actually answer your question lol.. I am finishing up the 10th Week of the program this week. I enjoy the program a lot and actually going to repeat. I've seen gains across the board. I like the drop-set / rest-pause as I hadn't incorporated that before and it's a nice addition. The exercises are all legit minus the fact there isn't any deadlifts. But you obviously can incorporate them as you see fit. The title is just that... a title. The only "shortcut" I can even see in this program is watching the vids to see proper form so ultimate noobs don't use s*** form. If volume seems a bit heavy then just drop an exercise on the back/bi day and chest/tri day. Besides that the shoulder and leg workouts don't seem to have too high volume at all.

Honestly don't see why there's so much gripe w/ this program.. cuz of the title? If you check the actual workouts then you'll see it's legit. Don't get sucked into all his supp advice and use what you think you need for your diet/lifestyle.

Dude maybe you should be looking for a program that works instead of commenting on programs you haven't tried. Who gives a **** what it's called? They name it stuff like that to grab attention.

Bro splits suck compared to conventional FBWs.
seriously man the name of a routine has nothing to do with how good it is and if you think it does then you are a retard. And who are you to say whether or not someone has the intensity for only one workout per muscle group a week, i do "bro" splits and am raping in progress some friends ask if im on roids (im not) so obviously you just dont have what it takes for a split. As for OP the routine looks good to me man i think you can beast out on it for sure dont listen to these full body brain washed children on here man.
