    Lee what do you consider to be optimal rest time for a natural? in terms of hours of sleep per night and days off from working out during the week etc

What difference does it make natural or on gear..I have trained clean and on and nothing is different why the hell natural people think their is one rule for them and one for others is beyond me....Or is it since naturals go lighter with lifts etc they only need little rest compared to a guy juiced going balls to the wall heavy needs longer rest????......not being rude but it is a stupid question ..makes no difference ..people who look for excuses always play the natural juiced comparison..

    No i had just turned 20 when i went o USA to do a contest and got my pro card whilst there i never went there to do a pro show or turn pro....If you have what it takes to be a top level pro it doesn't matter where you live.

    Sorry, I was under the impression it was the other way around, that the juiced bodybuilder can recover faster than the natural. Didn't mean to offend or anything, just wondered what you thought about sleep schedule and stuff, most current pros seem to sleep about 6 hours which doesn't seem like much to me.

    Lee I have another question.

    Earlier in the thread you said you did nt enjoy the competing or dieting but obviously love lifting and that sometimes you thought you could have done something else. You also got seriously involved in motor sports. My question is if you could wind the clocks back and have equal fame and fortune with either Bodybuilding or Motorsport, which one would you now choose now you have a good knowledge of both sports?

    Lee was wondering your thoughts on lifting heavy to gain mass u quite rightly point out if u don't feel the muscle stimulation then its 2 heavy and prob a waste of time .Have u any eXtra tips on gaining size besides this and sticking to compound movements , obviously eating more is going to help .Been 190lbs for ages now just find it difficult to put on the extra size , maybe my training routine has become stale and need to mix it up a bit in the gym?Would rather ask yourself because u know your Sh*t and thanks for posting here and replying ,sure come over to Ireland and i will buy u a few Guinness ;-p

    Lee I'd like to get you opinion also about the current new age of bodybuilding.
    teens are going to the gym younger and younger, and sometimes stupider,
    The receptionist at my gym who i suspect been on multiple cycles (for various reasons)
    now told me he has some liver or kidney problems.

    olympics want to promotes natural sports (stupid as hell)

    Mr. Priest, any advice on forearms not responding? They just don't get bigger which creates a disproportionate illusion with the whole arm.
