Lee, just want to let you know that you are a huge inspiration to me. I remember back when I was hardcore training, grabbing a Flex magazine and getting amp with your pics. Thanks for always busting your a** each and every day. I especially remember going into the gym, doing curls and envisioning your arms man. So again, thank you for your years of dedication for this sport and for all the years you've inspired thousands of people to train hard.
Mark

Lee, thank you for your contributions to this board. Seeing your pictures in Flex many years ago were my first inspiration to take up bodybuilding. You have always been a source of motivation to so many of us.

nearly get the vibe even watching how u train lee u take that strong casual mental approach where u just go and do some training without putting pressure on yourself or expecting to reach goals and targets fast.Ofcourse u are gifted in the genetic department but your lay back approach still get's the job done, that is commendable in its own right .I think a lot could learn to look at things in a more realistic approach instead of being sucked in by the hype of what others around them are struggling to be .I think a good long term bodybuilder knows this and is prepared to be patient and build quality muscle but also have a family life as well, u seem to represent that def something to admire .
ps can i ask what your fav piece of training equipment is in your own personal gym at home and what your fav music is to train to? im thinking your a old school rock head maybe something like AC/DC or Thinlizzy?
