    Someone explain to me how he is different to Zyzz? Zyzz did legs on only one of his cycles. Every other cycle Zyzz did finished with = 18 inch arms and 17 inch legs.

    This guy is just a Zyzz that responds better to the same "supplements" that Zyzz took.

    Yes this is bad form. Not saying I can squat as much as he does but if he stalled out during the part where the weight of the bar shifts forward, he would prob fuk up his lower back snap city style.

    Perhaps it won't look so bad if he diets down and at least starts leg pressing at the very least twice a week hitting diff. foot positions. I know calves are mostly genetics but you can to a degree make them grow/develop them more if you hit em hard 3 x per week at least. I have bad knees and can't squat ( I really do miss squatting...) I still do them twice per week using diff foot postions on leg press and then do some hack sled squats using the same foot positions as well. My legs are lagging a bit as well but I truly do hit them as hard as I can while managing the knee pain... Calves have become fun and a labor of love just for the sake of trying to achieve better balance/symettry.

    The form isn't perfect, but it definitely isn't "bad".

    Weight has a lot to do with form, it may not be a 1rm but it was a 5rm. See above in reference to the 'buttwink'. If you seen the squat from the side the bar would be at midfoot the whole time.

    The form is bad due to the incredible amount of tucking that is occurring anywhere below parallel.

    There are ways to fix it.

    But one of the biggest arguments going around against a2g squatting is the fact that many people do not have the flexibility to avoid tucking.
