My buddy had a touring bike that i rode last summer and that bad boy was SO comfortable its ridiculous. He takes it cross country though so i guess it has to be. The sports bike destroy my back but theyre just to fun to ride
How far are you from Niagra Falls? I use to live like 15 minutes from there...On the US side of course but we always went over to Canada.

Trying out a different workout this week with 10 sets of 10 reps.
Today was chest / bis
10x10 of incline DB press
10x10 of cable flys
10x5 of flat bench ( chest was spent )
10x10 cable curls
10x10 of EZ bar curls
I pick a weight around 60% of my max and don't change it through out the 10 sets. Allow only 1 minute rest between sets.
This isn't something I'll be doing long, just changing it up.
Yesterday was quads / calves:
10x10 squat
10x10 leg extensions
10x10 standing calf raises
10x10 BB shrugs
And who said physique guys don't train legs ;-)

Well i have been having some pretty bad pain in my left hamstring the past few days which has been painful but i was still able to function normally. This morning when i woke up i tilted my neck like i was looking at my feet and a terrible pain shot down from my neck to my hamstring... Never really felt anything like this before. Couldnt put my socks or shoes on without sitting on the ground. My car is a 6 speed so driving to work was dreadful...I called the doctor and have an appointment for 4 oclock this afternoon. Hopefully nothing terrible, but it sounds alot like a pinched nerve. Keep your fingers crossed.
Sounds like my snowboarding trip this weekend is going to be canceled :C
