Hi Everyone. I'm new on here. 1st time I went to the gym was about 4 years ago. I used to weight only about 58 kgs ( 127 lbs ) 6.3 Ft Tall ( 194 cm )
2nd Pic is from 2day. Weight - 93 kgs ( 205 lbs ) Same Height. What do ya think lads ? I want to get much more but it's not that easy anymore.

Never had a properly diet b4.Just tried to eat properly. A lot of protein and Carbs. It was hard to put some weight on with active lifestyle which I had but week after week month after month and now I can c the results. I've started dieting properly 12 months ago when my weight was around 100 kgs.. . Had couple of cycles on Creatine ( mono ) in last year. This year I'm tryin to get back what I've lost Bcause Of the Knee surgery. I've torn my ACL and I was stuck in my bed for 6 weeks = [. Gym 2-3 times a week. I can write down which Program I followed but not now, Will do it 2moro . It's a bit late now n I ll go off in a sec.
