So for chalk (for deadlifts and such derp), I just get some from crayola chalk and crush it up. I ran out and told my mom to get some on the way home from work. It's multi-colored.

lol. you can just buy a rosin bag from a sports store. its the shyt that baseball pitchers use. i like it. its a little chalk pouch inside a ziplock and you just slap it on your hands. i like it more than just loose chalk.
