Well considering our muscles do not grow while we are in the gym, and that they grow and recover while we rest...days off are important. We all have different recovery abilities.

I'm going to take a wild guess, and say you're not going to failure on any of that, I'd say it's fine for the light amount of work you're doing.

I'd suggest getting a gym membership, or if you have the money, building your own repertoire of equipment.
Pain is an illusion created by the mind to prevent you from going beyond what you're capable of.

I have too much DOM's, and CNS fatigue, to give a phuck about things like friends anymore. Friends don't understand my caloric needs, only I do.

What does your routine look like? You are better off exercising on alternate days (Mon/Wed/Fri/Sun/Tue/Thu/Sat).

It's depends upon volume and intensity. Generally, if both are at proper levels, lifting everyday will lead to over-exertion.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

You're probably fine training everyday doing bodyweight exercises etc aslong as you switch musclegroups each day.
Still if you want best results join a gym.
