Hello guys.
I am not sportsmen, I am just workout at home with dumbbells, push up, abs and etc.
I train every day, (in day 1,5-2 hour approximately). someone tell me, that every day training is not good and must to relax 2 day in week.
Please you tell me, its true? every day training, is not good? or this load is not afraid and allowed every day training?

Well considering our muscles do not grow while we are in the gym, and that they grow and recover while we rest...days off are important. We all have different recovery abilities.

I'm going to take a wild guess, and say you're not going to failure on any of that, I'd say it's fine for the light amount of work you're doing.
I'd suggest getting a gym membership, or if you have the money, building your own repertoire of equipment.Pain is an illusion created by the mind to prevent you from going beyond what you're capable of.
I have too much DOM's, and CNS fatigue, to give a phuck about things like friends anymore. Friends don't understand my caloric needs, only I do.

After 1 hours end of training, I feel that i can training also, my train look like fitnes training than bodybuilding, is not heavy. may be for bodybuilders not possible every day workout, but I dont feel that I tired and I think - this easy workout is not bad, on the contrary.
