Last night went very well.....did my circuit training (very light weight) got a great pump and then did 20 minutes of moderate intensity cardio...actually split it up 10 on bike 10 on elliptical...good sweat...did some abs...stretching and headed home...250 g of CHO last night and woke up at 186.0 lbs... very vascular and full...if I can look like this tomorrow I will be totally satisfied...got my shaving all done ...thak GOD I am not super hairy cause I hate this part of prep..lol....took a VAC day from work today to just chill finish off last little details etc for tomorrow...cool thing is its all an evening show for me tomorrow so I can relax all day....tonight will do another smaller circuit and 25 mins. of low intensity cardio...then off to athlete's meeting to register etc. ...probably aim for 250g of CHO again...

woke up at 184.4 lbs this morning was like :-O dry as I have ever been in my entire life....feeling really good.....everything is packed and ready to go..just had a small meal of about 50g of CHO..will have another few before hitting the stage then its SHOW TIME!!! :-) bought some treats today at the supermarket for after...can't wait!!! lol it's been a great journey but now its time to put it on the line. Will report back tomorrow.

lol...yes sorry for the delay everyone..sadly I placed out of top 3...been dealing with the food coma today....went a little nuts yesterday and woke up swollen like a friggin pumkin this morning..even though I promised myself I was not going to do that this year..took a VAC day....will post about all that later as well as my final placing and pics as soon as I get everything sorted...thanks for the continued interest. Sooooo ill this morning :-(

^^NO it wasn't I woke up yesterday bloated as Fuark!!!! 202.2 lbs!!!!! felt like crap....fasted all day, 12 liters of water, ate 200g of PRO and about 45 of Fat at night after 30 mins of cardio and this morning was 190.2 lbs..phewwwww fast recovery but holy crap was I bloated!!! Still awaiting the final placings so in the meantime here are some pics from one day out...

By the time I was ready to leave the house I was up to 188.8 lbs....and the cuts in my hamstrings/glutes were fading fast...I had nothing to eat and my usual amount of water....not sure why but it was as if my body was betraying me and rejecting this Dry condition...I tried not to stress...had about 50g of CHO (rice cakes) and headed out to the venue....short athletes meeting then my G.F. helped me apply the dream tan before hitting the stage for 6:00pm...had another 50g of CHO about 30 mins. before the stage...and noticed I was sweating like crazy!!!! anyway here are the pics from the stage;

Man.. i saw the Nut Misc thread and i agree with natural guy. Its so subjective , and we diet and bust our asses to sometimes get an unfair placement. The only thing i would have to say is your upper body is popping a lot more than your lower half. Do you think you could of had a bit more to fill out or do you feel like you had an adequate amount to carb load and fill out? How much did you end up pounding or loading on?
none the less it takes guts and glory to get on stage man. Huge Kudos on your transformation.
