Well there goes the whole theory of you diddnt get out of shape in x amount of time so theres noway to get back into shape in x amount of time. Great results, seriously reevaluating what im doing after seeing your transformation.

Cutting to a BF I think looks acceptable and then cleanest of the cleans bulk through summer.
