Does taking brainwash after food make any difference? I’ve shotgunned a scoop about 30 minutes after a slice of toast and an hour later I’m feeling nothing. Infact, I’m yawning and my eyes are going.

Love the profile of Brain Wash EXCEPT that 200mg of L-Theanine which I felt 100mg would of been
a lot better so it might be the 200mg of L-Theanine that has you yawning.

Ah excellent, so what I’ve actually bought is a sour apple napping formula.

Maybe try adding 100mg of caffeine to it and see if that helps cause with my tub I was
stacking 1 scoop of Brain Wash with 1 scoop of CL White Rapids which had 150mg of
caffeine per scoop and that worked well for me at a total of 300mg of caffeine.

Tried again today with 100mg caffeine tablet before going to the gym and got nothing more than you’d expect to feel from 100mg caffeine.

Wife was exactly the same when she took a scoop with a caffeine tab too.

That just means you and your wife are just like me and others where 200mg or more of L-Theanine
just cancel out the effects of caffeine and other stimulants where you don't feel them. Some people
like a big dose of L-Theanine in their pre's I personally HATE IT! I wish co's would stop adding it to
pre's.
