If so in what way?
i am keen on training but also keen on drinking when it comes to the weekend?

collage is where all the binge drinking occurs! And I must have read something wrong cause a "pint" is like 10-12 shots of vodka (or rum or whatever) here. And if you are having a few of those a week you will most likely die, muscles will be the least of your concern

Possibly! would you?
Anyway, it lowers your testosterone, is full of empty calories, and dehydrates you. Definately not good for someone trying to build their body.http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/bluehazard/
