I've never done high volume, giving it a try. I've got the two heavy days and the other three were for support so I hit everything twice but never with volume.

I feel you on the salt/glycogen. For a few days last week I shot up almost 10lbs, lol.

I lost so much around 30 lbs, I'm scared to max to know the truth will hurt. Hope its 300 or better.

Yes cookies and cream is awesome!!! I had it with just water too. Agree on chocolate, van cas puts it in the shadows but it okay

The fine folks in the bb.com CS department not only sent me a tub of vanilla casein and a tub of chocolate whey to review - they alse sent me a drawstring bag stuffed full of sample packs too. I got several whey & casein packs of each flavor; chocolate, vanilla, and CnC.

Guess it is safe to dip my toe in the water now...

Been doing PHAT for a while and enjoy. To change it up I have been messing around with various rep methods (4x Mass, 4|2, etc...)
