Thanks..yeah lots of cal counting and containing myself from eating whatever was there....2000 cal day cut and now on a slow bulk at 2850 a day...working wrll...only up a few lbs in several weeks which is how i hoped..keeping the vascularity too.Originally Posted by whey2srs
