    strong declines! You are really killing those weights, it a pretty tough week to come but I'm pretty sure you'll nail it, be sure to fuel up!

    I'm definitely enjoying Ergo Pump so far and yesterday's workout was definitely full of energy and focus with 1.5 scoops. I had some Aftermath back then and didn't really like the blue razz flavor.
