Cut progress about 5 weeks (220-205) Pics.

Here I am before after my bulk at 220. Here is a thread dedicated to that bulk : http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=144417801

Here I am yesterday at 205 pounds

I am holding my strength really well, no strength lost in the squat and deadlift and barely none in the bench. Planning on keeping up cutting until late august and then start bulking again in the winter.

My training is very powelifting based so my muscles don't have the best shape, especially arms. Currently working on that.

great progress, how big was the deficit?
The best years of your life are the ones in which you decide your problems are your own. You do not blame them on your mother, the ecology, or the president. You realize that you control your own destiny.

what hes asking is how many calories less than you burnt, did you eat

for example if you burned 3000 a day and ate 2400 a day, your deficit would be 600

Ah I see, I have no idea how much I burn. I have counted my calories for a few days and they were mostly on the scale from 1800-2200, ranging a bit from day to day. When I was bulking I was eating about 4500-5000 a day. I found that to maintain at 220 I could get away with 3500 a day.

I may not be "big", but I am most definitely trying and pushing to reach goals.
