    How much cardio per week?

    I do INSANITY HIIT cardio 3-4 times a week and also do P90x upper body workouts, how much cardio should i be doing per week to get a ripped six pack? (Im 138 pounds, 5ft 11", 17 years old)

    You get a ripped six pack by eating in a caloric deficit. However, at 138 pounds, getting ripped abs might not be the best goal.

    well you need to work out your maintenance and add on about 500 calories to it and eat. check out the nutrition stickies for information about all of this.

    Ok I will post a before and after picture of my body at the end of the summer holidays. Hopefully I will look ripped! Ive got nearly 2 months to get there, wish me luck guys!! Any last minute tips you guys can give me for a good bulking diet and overall experience tips?

    I do cardio twice a day and am on my way to a ripped pack. 20 minute sessions twice a day is really the fastest way to get there. Watch your weight though, you're pretty light to be cutting.
