And this man that often messes with me at the gym says "I ain't tryna be uh purv BUT you needa quit stickin' yo butt out." I was going low. He tries to critique my form when in fact his form sucks arse and he does knee bends while going down 1/2 an inch with 300 lbs. He often tries telling me what I should do. Should I beat his AZZ? How to deal with this broscience master mind? He spreads broscience like aids.

this is the exact reason why I go to a womens gym.

I do not want men talking to me and commenting on my body while I am at the gym. I absolutely hate it when men stare in the gym. I want to feel comfortable bending over doing dead lifts and squatting how I like it.

They do have a lady's area in my gym but it's in a really small room and all they have is machines and like 2-10 lb dumbbells. I usually just work out in the area where all the guys are. Some other women do too but where I live, I am probably the only chick in the entire gym doing deadlifts/squats or any compound for that matter. I really just try to ignore any looks and just focus on what I'm doing. Usually I am in the zone and don't care but this man just so happen to be talking to me AS I am performing the squats LOL. I don't know why they put baby weights is the ladies area. Maybe they should have full arange of free weights, I think guys who set these gyms up don't know what they are doing.

I also find it motivating when a female is doing stuff in the free weight section. I'm usaully to myself, but ask a female who was doing crossfit to show me how to clean and jerk, and her other partner showed my how to snatch. No flirting or anything.

I was in GNC once and some 18 year old guy was buying some kinda "mass gainer" AND a thermogenic fat burner pill! I worked at the 24 Hour Fitness nearby and I had my trainer uniform on and told him taking both would just pull him in the opposite direction and he wouldn't get anywhere so he should pick one and stick w/it. The salesman gave me the dirtiest look ever! Then the kid said something like, "OK cool.
