dunno brah, your improvement is clear but you still look a bit lanky, especially from the back. I don't know if you have too much traps but it make your back look low and kinda narrow. Now I see that manlet logic like short but stocky vs tall but twinky. Obviously you can put on some serious mass though (not sure if natty), while I can buy some insoles, definitely natty. that is all. keep at it it may be cause you're still very young and will naturally fill up your bone structure more. good luck.
