    Tips to help sleep

    I've been on a cut past few weeks and i am always hungry. Having problems falling asleep because of the never ending hunger. what can i do? will rep to srs answers

    Eat lots a spinach,veges fruits. Not very calorie dense but can fill you. Watch the dressings/toppings though

    Eating food high in fat raises leptin levels, which is a hormone for controlling hunger. Just add stuff like nuts, or simply a couple teaspoons of oil in your food and you shouldn't be hungry any more.

    As they have said, veggies fill you up and mint gum can subside hunger, water can also help. If you must, take melatonin pills. Melatonin is a natural occurring hormone in your brain that causes sleep, the production of it decreases as the sun comes up in the morning. The brighter your room is, the less it's produces. A small science lesson lol

    Also, try taking a warm shower before bed.

    You won't really become dependent on it. Melatonin is something that occurs naturally in the brain, it can be used for a good 3-5 weeks.

    Keep 200 calories before bed, and make a huge bowl of salad (all kinds) and chop an apple with 100g grilled chicken breast, cut them all into small pieces with mushrooms too in the salad (thats 200-220 calories) tho.. eat it all up, and drink some water and get straight to bed, you will feel epic.

    OR you can try calorie cycling, which I am doing and is very benefecial to me, eat at your maintenance every 4th day of cutting, it will make you feel good too..
