I've recently gotten back into seriously working out. My current goal is to bulk until I hit a plateau or burn out, I'm not going to go anywhere near a scale, because hovering around one of those always turned neurotic. I think that training is going to help me improve upon other aspects of my life, and help me stay healthy, but what's changed now I'm also using it as an outlet and treating it like therapy for seeing too far into the gender dynamics of society.

My mindset is that I am 100% fullfilled.
I have an incredible physique, I am the sexiest, carefree and most confident man wherever I go. I have zero problems or issues and I only have opportunities.
Money, sex, jobs come in easy and often.
I am incredibly dedicated and I am always committed to the process and unattached to the outcomes.
Life is easy.

we can all be better every single day . when you wake up in the morning and decide your not going to the gym . i say to you , are you being honest with yourself ? are you truly too sore to go ? are you not going because your partner wont be going , so now you "cant " lift as heavy . whatever the reason may be , once again i say be honest with yourself .
while your missing workouts , or skipping meals , or having one , two , three , cheat meals too many . guess what ? someone else isnt . what is going to set you apart from the rest on contest day ?
so you can either get up and move forward , or go back to sleep and fall a step behind . it's all up to "YOU"this is all up to you , great power lies in your hand's .

feeling very excited about the future . I continue to make progress , feels great going to bed every night knowing I did what was neccasary that day to move forward. if you have a goal wether it be fitness related or not get to it immediately . why wait for the new year ? a lot of people say they want something but they will put it off. the time is now ! get after it !
this is all up to you , great power lies in your hand's .

I don't worry about the fact that Im natural and someone else may or may not be....I rather focus on never missing a meal, never missing a workout, and never missing a nights rest of 7-8 hrs and doing that for 10-20yrs....if you truly do that for that many yrs there's no way you won't be big as f**k natural or not...it's all about patience and consistency....that's my mindset

I tell myself the following:
When walking on the treadmill "every step makes me leaner, every step makes me stronger"
When lifting "every rep makes me bigger, every rep makes me stronger."
When I hit failure I find my next mark to overcome, it may take a week or a year but I will overcome it.
It works for me.

My mind set is either achieve success or live a normal life like everyone else, we have the power to change our own lives and I think im slowly changing mine as each day I get stronger and closer to my fitness goals. I think everyone and anyone who is really passionate about weight lifting or the gym life can achieve what they want.

The mind set is to never give up no matter what.
The mind set is to be consistent and persevere -- no matter what.
Whoever does this will succeed.
