Great thread just actually getting into this section for the first time.
I'm natural and have goals like all of you guys. Its gonna sound funny but Pros especially Kai Greene and Jay Cutler motivate me. At the end of the day those fellas bust their asses in the gym, their exercises, their words you name it. I pull what i need from vids like that and remember my personal goals and what i want to do. Thats the honest truth. Again great thread.Since '77

Most people workout because they hate their body and want to change it. I don't understand why hate is such a powerful motivator sometimes but I workout because I love my body. I want to change it also, but I love the idea of making my body better everyday.
Being all natural and embracing the grind and going to the gym everyday ready to work is an awesome feeling. I know that I am the way I look because of me, not because of anybody else. It's pretty cool to look in the mirror and say I did this all myself.Best Raw Lifts (Gym): 630s/405b/600d

11-10-2013, 05:13 PM #73- Your mindset influences your outcome. It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.

I was always sick of being the smaller dude.
Every now & then I would go to the gym but would just lose track and go back to my old ways.
I started going to the gym more regularly, still not knowing what I was really doing but i still went, found bb.com & have been reading up everyday on workouts, nutrition, motivation etc.
Speaking to people that used to be like myself or are still in the same position made me feel good & gave me that motivation to start looking after myself a bit better.
I've learnt so much about how to watch my macro's, great things to include into my new meals & how to count calories and make sure I'm meeting my macros daily.
Rather then not enjoying the thought of going to the gym, I know cannot wait to go and cannot wait to see how far I come from now to where I will be in 6 months if i just stick with it.Bulking
Current Weight : [76 KG - 167 pounds]
Goal Weight: [85 KG - 187 pounds]
Put in the effort & you will see the results.

I keep picturing myself being all muscular and ripped. Preferably looking like a mini black Arnold because I prefer the old bodybuilder look than to the current one. Also its for my health because I know if I stop I'll just go back to eating more junk and getting fat and out of shape again. Also because I'm short I really want to see what I'll look like with more muscles :P

My motto has always been WHY NOT YOU? really why not you to become something that you have dreamed of and worked hard for. People at the top were not always at the top they had to work to get there. So Dream Big, with hard work, dedication and an obsession anything is possible.
I look in the mirror, my only opponent.

Positive with a strong mentality. I see each challenge a lesson and am stubborn enough to overcome it. I have the quality of perseverance as I always get back up and try again until I succeed. Been through some hardships in life and learned alot from them which I use these lessons and incorporate them into ever aspect of life.
Fitness changed my whole outlook on life as-well as I am now broadened in mind to what is actually possible and how much potential an individual has if they just will for it. To put it short and simple, a positive outlook and a strong mentality will always lead to the result of overcoming challenges - strengthening the mind and succeeding in life. Out of all my qualities - I incorporate them to motivate and inspire other people when they feel down or when they don't have enough confidence to begin.
