Fair enough. But, I didn't read through the forum before I posted. I saw a thread that looked interesting, read the few posts in it, and then posted. Shame on me for assuming adults would behave as such.

It seems to me that the general misc. is a therapeutic outlet for most. It gives them the chance to vent without consequence. I suspect they wish they could say most of those things in real life but don't because they know they'd get, a) their asses kicked, b) divorced/broken up with, or c) sued. In some cases, I imagine all three of those things would happen at once.

It's the internet. No one acts like an adult on the internet.

Honestly, I don't understand all the trouble people get in the misc. I've posted over there and had no issues. Even before my rep power was high. For the most part, using some common sense helps. Though, I've seen some ****storms started out of nothing. But that's the exception.

I've not had a problem on here like that ever and it's been years. I stick to the female sections or if I go into male sections (but not MISC) then I better know what I'm talking about when it comes to training or nutrition.

There is one rule around here- respect must be earned. You'll find plenty of women here who have no issues.

We've all had people come at us on the internet. 99% of us don't start threads to cry about it. Why? Because we're adults and can take it.

I can't take it at all.

But I'm far too embarrassed to start a thread announcing that I'm too much of a pussy to take the meanies on the internet.

So instead, I grab a giant tub of ice cream and cry, alone, in my closet.

Sometimes I cut myself, too.

But mostly I just sob uncontrollably while shovelling spoonfuls of ice cream into my face.

Wait we only lie about it on the internet? I thought this was just straight denied across the board? I'll tell them I was rearranging my coats and wanted to see if I could do it with the lights off but there was too much dust in there which caused my allergies to act up causing red swollen eyes, but also assuring them it was a good thing I did it because of the kids obviously left an empty tub of Ice cream in there and it could have attracted ants. Nobody wants ants, known fact.

I was just talking about being upset in general..i seem to always go for food and being alone with it
