Played an hour of basketball as well today. Took my first serving of beastmode as well half hour before my workout. I took 2 scoops as directed. Felt a good amount of energy as well during the workout and also felt a niacin tingle as well, not a strong one but could definitely felt it. I had a great back pump for a shortened workout and my biceps and forearms were super pumped. I think today was an excellent workout.

Sweet start! Awesome first workout. I love hittin it hard and then playing some basketball afterward for cardio, best way to get in cardio imo
You felt that BA/Niacin 1-2 comboooooko breaker! That ish will get you if you take 2 scoops first thing in the morning. We put a generous amount of beat-alanine in BM

Workout went great. I had a massive pump on especially my side delts after the side raises. Energy was great through the whole workout and usually I get tired. Felt the tingles again about 20 mins after drinking beastmode and it's been usually 20mins the whole week so once I get tingly I lift haha. No weights today but I did do an hour of sparring in the gym which btw doesn't have the air conditioning installed yet so IT WAS WARMMMM. It looked like I jumped in a pool I was sweating that much. I took 2 scoops of Beastmode before I went and it gave me great energy to spar I was amped and ready to go. I was never much of a guy to like pre workouts for energy because I like pre workouts more so for the increased pump but beastmode is changing my mind. Halfway point of Beast mode
It is definitly working. felt the tingles since day 1, my endurance has gone up significantly, energy from it has been great and definitely needed haha. Taste could be better but it isn't a bad taste either and it has been mixing well. sometimes had a clump at the bottom but it doesn't always clump so thats good. 15 MORE DAYS~![/b]

Didn't do a usual leg workout with weights did a different workout this time. Did a taekwondo leg conditioning workout speed kicks on the pad for 10 rounds with push ups after every round of kicks. went low kicks for 30seconds fast as I could then mid kicks for 30 seconds then high kicks for 30 seconds then 20 pushups and a rest.

Ahhhhhh what a week of workouts, nice and sore. Legs feel like they are gonna fall off and tomorrow will be the 2nd day after my leg workouts and I find the 2nd day is always the worst for muscle soreness. I cant believe the difference Beastmode has given me. It has worked great and has "raised the bar" for other preworkouts in the industry. The taste of it was spot on so I give it a solid 8/10. mixibility was about a 7/10. A couple times I noticed there was some powder accumulated on the bottom but After awhile I just added some more water and that fixed that issue. The pumps on this were amazing, rock solid pumps everytime I took it so thats a 9/10 for me. endurance was definitely a 9/10 for me. My muscle endurance has gotten way better it was amazing how great it got and that is probably my favorite part about beastmode for sure. My energy was another 9/10 because everytime I took it I could feel the energy running through my veins and it has come in handy MANY times when I was tired from work and needed that extra boost to get me going and beastmode has been a great tool for that. Thank you very much again to Beast and longhorns_p it has been a pleasure logging this and definitely a privilege. So heres comes the final question
