    Hey well it's that time again, been awhile since I did a sponsored log but that's ok because this will make up for it, BIGTIME. I would like to thank longhorns_p for choosing me to run this log and also Beast nutrition for hooking me up.     Me right now @ 195lbs , 5'8". My fat caliber is lost right now so I need to get another soon. If anyone could give me an estimate that would be appreciated and then when I post an after picture you can guess again to see what kind of difference I made.

    I really cleaned my diet up and am kind of on a recomp for the summer so I'm going hard.

    Back and Biceps

    Hex deadlifts: 90lbs+bar for 10 reps

    Hoist Machine pull downs: 90lbs for 10

    Single arm cable rows: 100lbs for 10

    Had to stop back workout at this point because my forearms were so pumped up, first time it happened this fast :O Also my back was VERY pumped....beastmode?

    Hoist machine Single arm Preacher curls : 35lbs for 10
    35lbs for 10
    35lbs for 10 drop set to carriage weight for 10

    Cable Curls 21's: 20lbs , 30lbs and 35lbs

    Dumbell hammer curls: 20lbs for 10
    20lbs for 10 10lbs for 10
    20lbs for 10 10lbs for 10

    Played an hour of basketball as well today. Took my first serving of beastmode as well half hour before my workout. I took 2 scoops as directed. Felt a good amount of energy as well during the workout and also felt a niacin tingle as well, not a strong one but could definitely felt it. I had a great back pump for a shortened workout and my biceps and forearms were super pumped. I think today was an excellent workout.

    Sweet start! Awesome first workout. I love hittin it hard and then playing some basketball afterward for cardio, best way to get in cardio imo

    You felt that BA/Niacin 1-2 comboooooko breaker! That ish will get you if you take 2 scoops first thing in the morning. We put a generous amount of beat-alanine in BM

    Nice start, I just started on my Beast Mode a few days ago, nice supp and you do feel that running through the body! Good luck and I'll have to keep on eye this to see what your thoughts are as you progress, Good luck!

    Some of my workouts will start being in the morning now too so I cant wait to feel that, I love the tingles! Thanks for droppin in man.

    Day 3

    Smith machine shoulder press: 105lbs for 10

    Single arm Cable side raises: 12.5lbs for 12
    17.5lbs for 12
    17.5lbs for 12

    Hammer machine single arm front press: 60lbs for 10

    Cable rear flies: 50lbs for 15
    50lbs for 15
    50lbs for 12

    Front barbell raise: 80lbs for 10 for 3 sets

    Dumbbell shrugs: 85lbs for 12 for 4 sets

    Workout went great. I had a massive pump on especially my side delts after the side raises. Energy was great through the whole workout and usually I get tired. Felt the tingles again about 20 mins after drinking beastmode and it's been usually 20mins the whole week so once I get tingly I lift haha. I'm about to go do some legs in a bit but first......BEASTMODE!

    My friend suggest on turning my palms inwards as I go down with the weight kind of like the way you do for an Arnold press. I got a whole new squeeze and it felt good

    Day 9
    No weights today but I did do an hour of sparring in the gym which btw doesn't have the air conditioning installed yet so IT WAS WARMMMM. It looked like I jumped in a pool I was sweating that much. I took 2 scoops of Beastmode before I went and it gave me great energy to spar I was amped and ready to go. I was never much of a guy to like pre workouts for energy because I like pre workouts more so for the increased pump but beastmode is changing my mind. Going to the gym in an hour for shoulders and traps. BEASTMODE!

    It is definitly working. felt the tingles since day 1, my endurance has gone up significantly, energy from it has been great and definitely needed haha. Taste could be better but it isn't a bad taste either and it has been mixing well. sometimes had a clump at the bottom but it doesn't always clump so thats good. 15 MORE DAYS~![/b]

    Didn't do a usual leg workout with weights did a different workout this time. Did a taekwondo leg conditioning workout speed kicks on the pad for 10 rounds with push ups after every round of kicks. went low kicks for 30seconds fast as I could then mid kicks for 30 seconds then high kicks for 30 seconds then 20 pushups and a rest.

    Ahhhhhh what a week of workouts, nice and sore. Legs feel like they are gonna fall off and tomorrow will be the 2nd day after my leg workouts and I find the 2nd day is always the worst for muscle soreness. As you can see I upped my workouts and my endurance has been incredible and as well as energy. hopefully this week proved what beastmode can do and help with for your workouts because it definitely did for mine!

    I cant believe the difference Beastmode has given me. It has worked great and has "raised the bar" for other preworkouts in the industry. The taste of it was spot on so I give it a solid 8/10. mixibility was about a 7/10. A couple times I noticed there was some powder accumulated on the bottom but After awhile I just added some more water and that fixed that issue. The pumps on this were amazing, rock solid pumps everytime I took it so thats a 9/10 for me. endurance was definitely a 9/10 for me. My muscle endurance has gotten way better it was amazing how great it got and that is probably my favorite part about beastmode for sure. My energy was another 9/10 because everytime I took it I could feel the energy running through my veins and it has come in handy MANY times when I was tired from work and needed that extra boost to get me going and beastmode has been a great tool for that. Thank you very much again to Beast and longhorns_p it has been a pleasure logging this and definitely a privilege. So heres comes the final question

    Is it worth it?
