Just found out today the gym where I train is turning into a Crossfit Box at the first of the year. On one had they are buying a few more power racks, platforms, ect.... on the other hand Crossfit douches. I'm pretty much f*cked and will have to stay there since there are no other gyms besides 24hr Ftiness or the Rec Center near by.

Darren do you still use that efs belt you mentioned in that belt thread? Paul? Is it still uncomfortable or did it break in?
I have an Inzer, but its single prong and I'm considering buying a lever. I'd like to buy it there since ill be getting a nice gift card from them for Christmas.

Yea I clicked on your link and it was just the 1st set I mentioned which is cheaper buying the set than individually. But I never checked to see if the 2nd set was cheaper than buying individually. From what you listed, it seems though. Though the picture they have showing the bands in the set doesn't really match what they have listed.
They have 2 different black bands in the picture which should be monster minis and short monster minis. But the sets says 2 monster minis and 2 short minis which means it should be red not black.
I mean I could just call them and say I got confused with the coloring/wording and how I found out it is cheaper to buy individually and I'm sure they would fix it for me.1372 @ 205

I don't have one, but have tried one out. The guy who has it bought an Inzer after I bought mine. The EFS ones are junk in my mind, but the new P2 or whatever seems legit.
If that is the case, then it is a good thing. So long as you don't have to drink the juice, CrossFit gyms tend to have better equipment than standard gyms.Strongman Training Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=138026593

Also, if you have a single prong inzer, I see no reason to get a lever belt. The lever is handy, but I have to change the setting for heavy squats/yoke and deads, presses, etc. If the single prong is in good shape and isn't flimsy at all, I would stick with it and use the money for something else.

I was clowning on a guy in the gym today that was getting pumped to pull 275 for a single in his hoodie with his velcro belt. They guys I normally lift with were all talking about this guy all day. He came up to me later and talked to me....
HoodieBro: Hey man did you have a good workout
Me: Yeah it was alright
HoodieBro: Yeah most guys don't deadlift like we do
Me: Yeah I know (giving him the bertstare)
HoodieBro: That's why they are not strong like us
Me: Yeah
HoodieBro: keep hittin those deads bro
Yeah he called me bro in real life. This guy is gonna drive me nuts. The Beast Journey to Elite

Since we are posting shoe photos...
Worn them last 2 squat days. They feel awesome on my feet and more stable than my '11 Pendlays. My squat workouts have also sucked the last 2 days (on Wk14 of an intense 16Wk Sheiko cycle). I am praying the 2 arent related and I just need a deload. I could be wrong, but these feel like they might have more of a heel than my Pendlays .... and of course, the straps are to freaking longRAW ELITE OR DIE

They may have more of a heal since the height of the heal goes up as the shoe size gets bigger as well. The 2013 pendlays look like Romaleo knock offs. I've been able to try out the Reebok, Adidas, and Nike's now and will stick with the Adipower just because of how they fit. The Reebok's were perfect for what they were made and that's multiple events in crossfit but didn't feel like they were as stable as the Nike's or the Adidas. The Romaleos were pinching on my toes to much otherwise felt really solid and were the heaviest of the three and stiffer. Though the AdiPowers had a slightly wider heal on the ground the inside felt like my heals and foot was cradled more which if you have flat feet the Romaleos would be better. The Adipower is tighter around the top of my foot but the Romaleos pinched my toes a lot more. The AdiPower got the shoe laces and strap the right size if that maters but could have better color options
