And NOW I see why Bill says to take the political talk elsewhere. We seem to be more civilized when it comes to nutrition talk or raw vs gear talk than politics.
In other news, what would guys recommend for a quad assistance exercise after squats and deadlifts? I'm deciding if its a good idea to front squat after heavy squats and heavy deadlifts or if I should do something a bit easier.1372 @ 205

Haha, that's why I'm asking. Actually, I looked at the program again and the squats are easy. Even at week 6, I'm only ramping up to 325x5. But the deadlifts will definitely be hard, by week 6 I will be attempting 470x5 when I've only done 470 for singles before. So I'm sure my lower back will be tired, which makes leg presses or some other exercise where I can relax a bit sound better.

Sheiko uses db lunges for the quad assistance. Leg presses are definitely the most popular choice though.

The muscles i value most are the ones directly surrounding the spine, the hips, the scapula, the femur and the tibia... in that order.
Basically the whole body minus chest and biceps... pretty much the opposite of what your local gym looks like on a typical Monday.

I'm bored as hell at work so I'm trying to figure out how someone can even break even owning their own small gym. I'm starting to think personal training is where the money is at.
If you had only one 1 hour session a day where you charged the person $50, you'd be at $18,250 after a year.
To make that same amount off solely memberships, you'd have to average ~60 memberships per month at $25 per month per membership for a whole year.
First way sounds easier.1372 @ 205
