I've been drinking coors all day, and will continue until around 11 or 12 this evening. I've gotta be up to train at 9 tomorrow, Chuck told me to show up and train with them. Ofukk

Im exhausted fam. Went in and trained this morning, and then we started moving the gym around. Chuck and team xtreme just moved to our gym, and he wanted it set up differently, with some things taken out. We took out a bunch of machines and moved every piece of equipment in the gym. I gotta say, it looks a lot better now than it did.

Fffuuuu not having internet at home sucks. At a cafe right now and their internet is so slow.
Tried knee wraps for the first time on Thursday. Had Bill wrap my knees and I couldn't feel my legs/feet and fell down with a weight a squatted before raw without wraps. lulz.Competition Wilks: 406

Who wants to be my random internet hero doctor? Left shoulder began to hurt a few weeks ago. Can't bench, OHP, power clean, or do flyes. Chinups and Rows are fine, still squatting and deadlifting like a boss.
The movement that hurts the most is having my elbow in the position of the bottom of a bodybuilder-style bench press (elbows 90 degrees from torso)
The weirdest thing about it, is I cannot tense my left trap muscle anymore, and I think that definitely has something to do with it!
I have started doing rotator cuff p/rehab exercises but if anyone has any input that would be greatly appreciated!
P.S. 16 sets of squats today... SHEIKO!Sheiko Training Log!!!

I hope so. It's funny bc it actually looked like I had been training with them forever, but I felt off balance. Actually I think I was most surprised by how much it hurt.
The other guys were laughing at me but that shit hurt. Wade said he didn't wrap me even remotely tight either lol.

For those who bench multiple times per week, what type of accessory lifts or rehab exercises do you to balance the shoulders and keep them healthy.
- right now I do rows and pullups... and shoulder are starting to ache. There was and old thread that someone mention that pullups made the shoulder aches worse since it also acted through external rotation (same as bench)Training Journal:

I tried facepulls a long time ago and they felt awkard on shoulders (ironically), but I most likely were doing them wrong. Any youtube links on how to do them properly.
I'll take a look at band pull aparts and band tractions. Standing band snatches? how do you perfom these?
Thanks for the help guysTraining Journal:

I picked up standing band snatches from Julia Ladewski several years ago. High reps and all shoulder rotations. Good for their health. Stand on a band and just do a snatch movement with the arms. If you don't find a video I just took one and will upload.
