I have been on a cut since the end of feb, when from 240 pounds to 200 I was wondering what you thought my bodyfat was? and any advice on weak points on my upper body

Agreed with 13-15% bodyfat. Weak spots seem to be chest and traps, though that might just be the pose. Good progress though.
