I am just about two weeks out from my July PL comp and I'm slowly upping the weight and lowering the reps. Did this set on Wednesday. I haven't been able to do any new deadlifting due to the unbelievably sore legs I came away with after my last workout. lol I may start to back off a little this next week and then rest the whole week before the comp.

Hope nobody minds, but I lowered the entrance bar to the ground and stepped over it.
Photo is from last Monday, taken for 7 1/2 month progress shots. The first time in recorded history that I've had anything even remotely resembling muscles on my legs.

Just in for the deadline! Taken the 24th as I am ending my cut. Been taking the week off....traveling .....no lifting....not even logging food. Mass mode begins when I get back next week!
My other pic, I posted in another thread of me and my wife going to a wedding last night. Good time....good food.....good drink. First drinks I have had in months. Despite eating like a pig....the 6or 7 drinks dehydrated me enough that I woke up looking tight this morning. Even found glute striations!

OK, I'll play. I did some frame deadlifting. i've been feeling beat up lately, it was nice to have a good session today.
Here's 680 pounds for 1 ( this was in a medley, I did a barbell and axle right before this ).
500 for 10
Then we carried the frame, in a medley with 240 pound per hand farmers, 50 feet each way in 21 seconds....

Yesterday I had some plans for being lazy, then I read someone's journal who went balls to the wall in the gym before I even had a cup of coffee. So I ran (literally) to the gym for an oly/abs session and took this pic when I returned:

"What did you do this week" pic eh? Last week was deload week and I hit my lightest weight I've been since a crash diet/no lift phase 5-6 years ago. This week(end) I played host to a zillion guests on the beach. Pic is of me about to consume my favorite protein source on Saturday.

Haven't been lifting lately because of injuries (but I'm getting closer to to being able to lift every day).
I've been riding my mountain bike quite a bit, but I don't have any pics of that.
Saturday morning, I took the Husky out for a spin with a friend of mine and his two boys.
